SA Voice to Parliament bill set to pass today - Sky News Australia

The South Australian parliament will convene for a special sitting of parliament today, passing the First Nations Voice bill.

The legislation means South Australia becomes the first jurisdiction in Australia to pass a First Nations Voice bill.

The bill includes the forming of six regions, each represented by two elected members.

These members would be able to address both houses of state parliament on matters of interest to First Nations people.
