The devastated sister of a Sydney real estate agent has confirmed her brother was found dead outside a medical clinic in Bali while on a holiday.
Indonesian Police said Charlie James Bradley, 28, was found unresponsive in the middle of the road outside the Bhaktivedanta Clinic, a local hospital, on Sunday just hours after leaving a club in the popular tourism hotspot.
He had travelled to Bali last Thursday with a friend to see a music festival.
His sister Beth Bradley confirmed the tragedy on Tuesday, saying her brother’s death had left the family speechless.
“This shocking news has rocked our family entirely, Charlie was loved by so many,” she wrote to Facebook alongside several photos of the pair together.
“Let this be a reminder to you all that life is too short, and hug those closest to you tightly.”
Mr Bradley was a British citizen who had moved to Australia from Coventry in the United Kingdom in 2013 and made Sydney his new home.
His family live in Adelaide and are working with British authorities to repatriate his body back to Australia.
An online fundraising page has also been started to help raise money to fly his remains home.
Local police have launched an investigation into the death and have questioned two witnesses as they hope to uncover more information, according to 9News.
Mr Bradley worked with property firms including McGrath and Belle while living in Australia. He was also a champion amateur boxer.
Tributes have flowed on social media, with friends and family describing Mr Bradley as “cherished” and a “mate to so many”.
