A toddler has been taken to hospital after being found unconscious in a creek near his South Australian home.
The little boy is believed to have wandered from his Paralowie home, north of Adelaide, early Sunday morning.
When the alarm was raised, his frantic parents raced out to search for him, crashing their car down an embankment in the panic.

A police spokesperson confirmed to 7NEWS.com.au that emergency services were called shortly after 9am.
It’s understood the boy was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
